Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs what you may and may not create or do with AURIA, operated by Nadir Uriel Blanco Sánchez (CUIT 20-44709200-0), Argentina. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using AURIA you agree to this Policy. Violations may result in content removal and in the suspension or termination of your account, without a refund.

1. Consent and eligibility

• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their explicit consent.
• AURIA is intended for users who are 18 years or older.
• AURIA edits the background, location and setting of your photo while preserving the person's own identity. It is an image-editing tool — it is not a face-swap, deepfake or impersonation tool.

2. Prohibited content and use

You must NOT use AURIA to create, upload, request or distribute:

• NSFW, sexual, pornographic, nude or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Any content involving minors, especially sexual or exploitative content — absolute zero tolerance.
• Deepfakes, face swaps or impersonation, or any content intended to deceive about real people or events.
• Content that uses the likeness of any third party, celebrity or public figure without authorization.
• Photos of other people uploaded without their explicit consent.
• Harmful, violent, graphic, hateful, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory content.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, or that promotes illegal activity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or any other third-party right.

3. Prohibited activity

• Attempting to bypass, disable or interfere with our content moderation or safety systems.
• Abusing, overloading, scraping, reverse-engineering or attacking the Service.
• Reselling, sharing or using the Service in a way that violates these rules or the law.

4. Content moderation

AURIA uses automated content moderation to help detect and block prohibited prompts and outputs. We may review, filter, refuse to generate, or remove any content that violates this Policy, and we may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities. You remain solely responsible for the content you upload and generate.

5. Enforcement

We may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, at our discretion and without a refund. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to law enforcement.
