Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AURIA, operated by Nadir Uriel Blanco Sánchez (CUIT 20-44709200-0), Argentina. By creating an account or using AURIA you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AURIA lets you upload a photo and generate AI-edited images based on a description you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By using AURIA you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Payments and credit packs

• AURIA is sold as one-time purchases of credit packs. Depending on your country, payment is processed through Creem (international payments, acting as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller — Creem's buyer terms also apply) or through Mercado Pago (payments in Argentina, in Argentine pesos).
• These are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no automatic recurring charge — you are only charged when you choose to buy a credit pack.
• The price and the number of credits included in each pack are shown at checkout, in the applicable currency (USD or ARS).
• Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment.

5. Credits

Each image generation consumes credits. Credits you purchase are added to your balance and do not expire. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You may only use AURIA with photos of yourself or of people who have given you their explicit consent. You agree NOT to use AURIA to:

• Upload or edit photos of other people without their explicit consent, or impersonate any person.
• Create deepfakes or any content designed to deceive about real people or events.
• Generate sexual, pornographic, nude or otherwise adult content.
• Create any content involving minors, especially sexual or exploitative content (absolute zero-tolerance).
• Generate violent, graphic, hateful, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory content.
• Use the likeness of celebrities, public figures or any third party without authorization.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or any other third-party right.
• Produce content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that promotes illegal activity.
• Attempt to break, abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate. We may review and remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without a refund and without prior notice.

7. Your content and license

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the images generated for you. You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your photo and to store your generated images solely to operate the Service.

8. AI-generated content

Images are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or unrealistic. You are solely responsible for how you use, share or label them, and, where relevant, you should disclose that an image was generated with AI.

AURIA is an independent product. Its image generation is powered by third-party AI models — specifically Google's “Nano Banana Pro” model, accessed through Replicate, Inc. AURIA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Replicate. All product names, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Intellectual property

The AURIA name, logo, design and software are ours. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURIA and its operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for amounts exceeding what you paid for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You can stop using AURIA at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of Argentina.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
