Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AURIA (“AURIA”, “we”, “us”), operated by Nadir Uriel Blanco Sánchez (CUIT 20-44709200-0), Argentina, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the AURIA application and website (the “Service”). By using AURIA you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your name and email. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and basic profile information.
• Photos you upload: the photo you upload to generate an image is sent to our AI provider to create your result. We do not permanently store your original uploaded photo.
• Generated images: the images AURIA creates for you are stored in our cloud storage so you can access them in your gallery.
• Payment data: subscriptions are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your card details — only your subscription status and the identifiers needed to manage billing.
• Technical data: basic information such as device/browser data, language preference and usage logs.

2. How we use your data

• Provide and operate the Service (create your account, generate images, show your gallery).
• Process subscriptions and renew your weekly credits.
• Communicate with you about support and important notices.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (to provide the Service) and based on your consent (for example, when you upload a photo to be edited). Your data is handled in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

4. Who we share data with

We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Google LLC): authentication, database and image storage.
• Replicate, Inc.: runs the AI model that generates your image; your uploaded photo and prompt are sent to Replicate to produce the result.
• PayPal: processes subscription payments.

We share only what is necessary to operate the Service and we do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Because we use the providers above, your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside Argentina (for example, in the United States). We take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. Data retention

• Generated images are kept while your account is active so you can access them.
• Account data is kept while your account exists.
• You may delete your images or request deletion of your account at any time. We will delete your personal data except where we must keep it for legal or billing reasons.

7. Your rights

Under Law 25.326 you may request access to, rectification, update or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, email us at auriaimagineapp@gmail.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) is the enforcement authority in Argentina and may receive complaints regarding non-compliance. You may access your data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest justifies otherwise (art. 14, sec. 3, Law 25.326).

8. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use local storage and minimal cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

10. Children

AURIA is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
